Mouth-Watering Meatloaf

Delicious meatloaf that comes out juicy every single time you make it!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 lbs 80/20 ground beef
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  3. In bowl combine eggs, milk and breadcrumbs. Set aside.

  4. Mix ground beef, onions and Italian saesoning together then add to the breadcrumb mixture.

  5. DO NOT overmix.

  6. Put mixture in loaf pan and bake on 350 for 40 minutes.

  7. While meatloaf is baking, combine ketchup and brown sugar and stir until mixed well.

  8. After 40 minutes, take meatloaf out of the oven and top with ketchup sauce.

  9. Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes.

  10. Remove from oven and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes.
