Patriotic July 4th Dessert Tray

I don’t know about you, but I love celebrating July 4th. I am always trying to create fun food items that work with the July 4th theme. So, today I wanted to share a patriotic July 4th dessert tray that you can create very easily.

First, I had to pick a tray and of course this tray seems to aways be my go-to choice. It’s a great size and looks way nicer than what it actually cost. That is a total win in my book.

I started by washing the black seedless grapes. I put them in a square bowl and then added yogurt covered raisins for the “stars”. I have to say, that made it even cuter and it was my sweet youngest daughter that came up with that idea. Note: you can also use, blackberries or blueberries and get the same effect.

Next, I washed and cut the strawberries lengthwise. Following the stripes on the flag, I placed the strawberries at the top in a row.

After that, I placed a couple of rows of white chocolate covered pretzels. Then, I just repeated my pattern to create a flag.
