OSS Week in Rewind

It’s that time again sweet friends. Time to recap my week for OSS Week in Rewind. This week was not really too crazy which was nice. Is it just me though or do the weeks that we have off that Monday seem to go by SO much slower than a usual work week? It crawled by. Anywho….

Monday I shared an amazing chili recipe with you for Menu Monday. Chili has been a staple in my home my entire life and y’all, IT IS GOOD!! We always add fritos, sour cream and cheese. YUM!

Tuesday and Wednesday were just normal days in the life of our family. Nothing major to report, except I did buy some things on Amazon that I will be sharing next week.

Thursday, I shared on the blog about some great finds from Walmart. I am telling you what, Walmart has truly come a LONG way in the home decor and fashion niche. I am so excited because it is affordable. Yeah for all those poor people like me that still want to look good and have a beautiful home. Be sure to check those out. I can’t wait to get my adorable navy heart sweater in the mail.

Friday, I coached my basketball team. We did not win but the girls fought so hard and showed so much character on the court. Just love these girls. Sometimes they give me heart issues, but they make me laugh and smile too so I guess it’s a wash. LOL My son also had a game. They won and played really well. I was super proud of him (even though he got a technical). LOL

Saturday, I went to get my hair did. LOL Wowzer, I had some serious grays to get covered up. It was intense. Can I take a moment and thank the good Lord above that someone invented root touch up? I use this one and it is a game changer. At my age, if I didn’t use it I would be at the hair salon every 3 weeks which, I could never afford. So I will just continue to cover it up as good as I can.
