Mouth Watering French Toast

| |

Happy Montuethursday! LOL Who the heck knows what day it is anymore? And does it even matter anyway? NOPE! Anywho, today I wanted to share my super yummy mouth watering french toast. I haven’t made this in a while so, I thought I would do it for the kiddos since they are all here now. They loved it and I hope your family does as well!

Oh goodness……..

I forgot to tell you as I was making it, my younger daughter did not even know that eggs were a part of french toast. She was educated in that moment so I guess school is over for the day! LOL

Ok, you know we have a large family and my boys can FLAT OUT EAT so I double this recipe. Just an FYI!

First, you want to preheat the griddle to about 350 degrees. If you are using a skillet, just place the heat to medium-high.

Next, you are going to whisk all of the ingredients in a large bowl. After, you have the ingredients mixed up, you are going to want to dip the slice of bread into the mixture.

Make sure you coat the bread well with the mixture on both sides.

Melt butter on the griddle right before placing the bread.

Once you have the bread soaked well, place it on the grill and allow it to cook on each side for about 2 minutes or until golden brown like in the picture below.

Finally, plate the french toast and then dust it with powdered sugar. Feel free to add any toppings you like such as syrup, strawberries, blueberries , etc..
