Creating a Mid-Century Modern Bedroom
Have you ever thought of creating a mid-century modern bedroom? Well, I sure have! I am loving the clean lines and the wood tones that make up that era. So, today I thought it would be fun to create a line up of all the things I think look fabulous together so you can create that mid-century modern look yourself.
I typically always start with the bed when I am designing a bedroom for a client. It helps me see how the room will flow as it is the main focal point of a room in most cases. This Williams Low Profile Bed is stunning! It is so reasonable too.
Next up is the second most important part of a room (at least to my husband). LOL The Williams TV stand also looks amazing! I love the sliding door to hide all those pesky cable boxes and wires.
The Williams dresser ties in perfectly, as it should. I love the tapered legs and the fact that it has 7 drawers which is so nice!
I am loving the nightstand in this line as well. I always need mine to have two drawers and this one is perfection. Again, the tapered legs look so classy, don’t you think?
The Altha armchair is maybe my favorite chair EVER! Isn’t this the cutest? Now, if you buy this chair, you have to promise me you won’t cover it up with clothes that need to be folded. It’s too pretty for that! LOL This chair is the perfect addition for creating a mid-century modern bedroom.
I know this black and white rug is simple and I honestly think that is exactly what drew my eyes to it. This will look perfect with the wood tones of the furniture.
The simplicity of this print also had me happy! I may have to try this as a paint technique on a wall somewhere.
To me, no space is complete without either faux or real plants. I cannot keep anything alive so I have to go with the faux. This palm plant is the perfect size for a bedroom.
This gold table lamp would be perfect on both of the night stands. I love how it can be raised from 14″ to 18″. The style is so sleek and modern as well.
So, my sweet friends, do you think it’s time to start creating a mid-century modern bedroom in your home? If you do, please tag me on social media so I can see it. Hopefully, my bedroom will be done sooner than later. Have a blessed day and be safe friends!
