OSS Thrifty Thursday with Amazon
This week I wanted to share some of my favorite finds for you for this edition of OSS Thrifty Thursday with Amazon. I own every one of these items so I can give you very honest opinions.
First up, I was looking for a set of gold flatware but I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg to get them. I looked in multiple stores but they only had 4-place settings per box and they ranged from $30-$40. NOPE! So, I looked on Amazon and found a 6-place setting for $31.99. YES!!! This gold flatware is perfect! It comes in it’s own box and seems very durable. I love setting the table and this was exactly what I was looking for to complete the look.
Alright, I am about to blow your mind! This next item has been a game-changer for my family. I am so glad I bought this Beautural fabric shaver. It is super easy to use, just add some batteries and viola! It is great for those sweatshirts that tend to pile up. I also use it for my pants. BEST FIND EVER!!
I bought my daughter this set of two belts and she loves them! They go with everything and it is so nice for her to have black and brown to match all her adorable outfits. They come with a tool to add any extra holes that you need as well. Great idea as we had to add one for her. The set of two is only $17!
Now, if you do not know about my next item, you have been living under a rock (like I was). OMG Becky, these Dots pretzels will rock your world! I am not even kidding when I say we buy two bags a week at my house. I get them at Kroger but I found them on Amazon for ease of shopping. Y’all, they are the most addictive food ever! It’s worse than the Lays motto of “You can’t eat just one”. With Dots, you can’t eat just a bag!! LOL
Now, this next item has LITERALLY changed my life! Rachel Hollis, in the book, “Girl, Wash Your Face”, has embodied everything I believe about being successful. If you want to be, you will be. It is truly the best book I have ever read (besides the Bible, of course). I have already read it twice, as it is loaded with valuable material and advice.
From Girl Wash Your Face to girl shave your face! LOL I finally got brave enough to shave my face. YES, I shave my face! Best decision I have ever made! It is super easy and it makes your makeup go on so smooth. I use the Tinkle razors. If you ever want me to, I can do a tutorial on how it works. I can shave about every 4-5 days and it works fine for me. The myth is that your hair will grow back bristly. That is not true. It grows back just as it was. Totally glad I started doing this. Do it girl!! You will thank me!
Milani came out with this Bare Necessities palette and it is so perfect. I love the neutral tones. If you follow me on Instagram, you will see it in my stories because I wear this every day.
The egg cooker is a lifesaver for me. It makes it so easy to boil eggs. We use it every couple of days as we love eating boiled eggs. Great for quick salads, etc.. You can also make omelets in the cooker. I like to add two eggs, crumbled sausage, cheese and salt and pepper. Makes the perfect breakfast. It is self-timed so you can just put it in and then go get ready. Come back and you can eat.
The CeraVe Moisturizing Cream is a must for me during the winter. It is the best I have found. I put it on morning and night all over my body and it keeps my skin from getting dry and cracked. It lasts a long time as well. It has no scent, which I like. I don’t want it fighting with my perfume. You will LOVE this! Trust me!
