11 Easy and Crowd Pleasing Party Dip Recipes

Are you getting ready for your next party? Whether it be a New Year’s party or any other event, I wanted to put together 11 easy and crowd pleasing party dip recipes for you to try out.

I am a complete sucker for good dips at parties. Often, I will end up eating so much dip and chips or crackers that I don’t even want the meal itself. Are you like that as well? I don’t know what it is about dips but they are my love language for sure!

Let’s go over some of my very favs for parties and hopefully you will find one or two that you love and can use for your next event or gathering.

  1. Now, I have to begin with my all time favorite dip of all…..QUESO. But, this is no ordinary queso, this is the Mecca of all quesos!!

My Mom's amazing queso that will have you coming back for more!

  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean regular sausage (browned and drained)
  • 1 lb ground beef (browned and drained)
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg large Velveeta cheese box
  • 1 cup milk
  1. Brown and drain both the sausage and ground beef.

  2. Melt cheese in either crock pot or large bowl in the microwave.

  3. Add cream of mushoom soup and 3/4 to 1 can milk.

  4. Add in green chilis and meats, then stir.

  5. Add milk as needed if it is too thick.

2. Next up is this yummy Buffalo Chicken Dip from my sweet friend Christine @christineonlex. It is definitely a must try!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you like a little kick in your dip, this is the one you will want to try!

  • 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken breast
  • 1 pkg cream cheese
  • 1 pkg extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Marzetti ULTIMATE blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup Franks original hot sauce
  • 1 bag multi grain scoops chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Boil water and cook chicken breasts about 15 minutes.

  3. Coat a 9×13 dish with Pam cooking spray.

  4. Cut the cream cheese into strips and place in dish spread out.

  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of cream cheese

  6. Drizzle hot sauce on top of cheddar.

  7. Pour blue cheese on top of everything.

  8. Bake uncovered for 12 minutes.

  9. Remove from oven and stir immediately.

  10. Shred chicken with fork or Kitchen Aid mixer.

  11. Combine the chicken with the cheese mixture.

  12. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

3. Here is yummy and gorgeous Artichoke dip stuffed bread to display. I found this on Pinterest from Lauren Allen over at Tastes Better From Scratch.

4. Another good recipe from Pinterest is this 7-layer bean dip from Yummy Healthy Easy. I have always loved this dip for parties.

5. This Cheesy Bacon Corn Dip from Mady’s recipe box is so yummy! Full of so many flavors!

6. I am not sure you can even call this a recipe but I always set this Cream Cheese Raspberry Chipotle Dip out when people come over. Meaghan at Cook Craft Love has a similar post but I just take a bottle of Fischer and Weiser Raspberry Chipotle dressing and top a block of cream cheese and serve with Ritz Crackers.

7. Chicken Crack Dip is where it’s at y’all! Kristin at Yellow Bliss Road Has a great recipe that you will love!

8. Oh my heck y’all! This Lasagna Dip from Food Fanatic is to die for! Serve it with Crostini or bread sticks.

9. I feel like you need to have a few sweet dips to tie in with your savory dips and this Brownie Batter dip from Oh Sweet Basil is super yummy. Serve it with graham crackers and it is the bomb.

10. Here is another sweet dip that is all the rage! This Caramel Cheesecake Apple Dip from Instrupix has my sweet tooth going nuts!!
